 Jeremy and Katherine met while in the military and so the Homecoming statue was a place that could relate to.  Jeremy just returned from Iraq a few months ago  and was stationed there for 6 months…we want to thank him for his contribution to our country!!  We had a wonderful time hanging out and photographing these two so the session flew by.  It’s so true…time flies when your having fun!  =)

Jeremy and Katherine- Thanks for being troopers with us!  You guys were game for just about anything and that is always very very appreciated!  See you guys soon!

From the way Todd would kiss Erin on the tip of her nose to the way Erin would gently run her fingers through the back of Todd’s head…moment after moment was oozing with love and pure admiration.

This was our first time ever shooting at Paradise Gardens and it truly is like a little slice of Paradise in the middle of San Luis Ray.  Erin looked radiant and Todd was lookin’ pretty snazzy himself! They had the most perfect heartfelt ceremony complete with a horse drawn carriage and a dove release.

Erin and Todd — What a day!  Everything was so perfect!  Thank you so much for choosing us to document your day.  We had an awesome time with you as well as all your friends and family!  We wish you many more happy years together!

We have been looking forward to Kelli & Jay’s wedding since we shot their engagement session.  These two have a love story meant for a motion picture.  We’d tell you all about it but well, it’s private. :)  Sorry folks…we don’t kiss and tell!  heheheh.

…..we get from our couples!  Rey and Nicole (July wedding) sent us this postcard from St. Lucia while on their honeymoon.  Jeannette and I also went to St. Lucia for our honeymoon and it was a great time.  Makes us want to take a vacation….soooo jealous!  =) 

Rey and Nicole- We had a great time at your wedding and we can’t wait to see you again!  Thanks for the sweet postcard!!! 

Phounglinh & Fern both went to UCSD but didn’t meet until fate brought both of them to Atlanta.  Since they are both native Californians they decided to celebrate their wedding in beautiful Coronado.  The forecast called for rain in the late afternoon but not a drop fell…instead the skies were painted with puffy clouds—-our absolute favorite backdrop!  Their wedding was gorgeous thanks in part to all the incredibly talented vendors that executed everything so perfectly!  For dinner, they opted to have food stations as opposed to your typical buffet and boy, was that a brilliant idea!  So classy, so modern and so efficient. :)  We won’t even get started on how DELICIOUS everything tasted!

Phounglinh & Fern - We are so crazy about you two!  I think we’re almost as crazy about you guys as you are about each other. :)  Congratulations on your new life together and we wish you, your friends and family much love, health and happiness!  Hope you had a great time in Fiji!  Bottle some water for us and bring it home, please!

Donn & Dana or Double D’s as we like to call them had a truly amazing wedding! We love these guys…not only cause they are super sweet but because they are so incredibly down-to-earth. Their love is so evident by all the simple things they do — whether it’s Donn wrapping a protective arm around Dana’s shoulders or Dana crinkling her nose at Donn when she looks at him. Stan and I use that as a way to say “i love you” to one another when we don’t feel like saying anything or when we’re across the room from one another. We can only imagine what it means to these two. Okay so once you’re done puking from our very personal confession about us…please check out the slideshow! :)

Double D’s — Thanks for being so down to do anything! We knew from the day we shot your engagement session that you guys would be nothing but fun to work with. Thanks for choosing us to document your day…we are truly honored. 

Oh and it was awesome running into some familiar faces at the wedding!  Nicole and Mel plus one it was great seeing you again!

Nicole & John’s session started out at their very hip, very modern and very CLEAN downtown home.  How one can own a white couch and keep it white still baffles me! :)  One of the main reasons we started at their home was so that Kody, their husky, could make an appearance in some of the photos.  He is by far one of the most vocal dogs we’ve ever met and made sure to tell us when he wasn’t happy with what we were doing.

Hey Guys!  We are so looking forward to your wedding at Southcoast Winery later this year!  Johh, Stan is secretly hoping you’ll bring one of your hats. :)  He’s got a thing for your hats if it wasn’t obvious.  We had a super fun time with you guys!  Hope you enjoy the teasers!!!
